This notice describes how the personal data of users browsing the website www.alfabravoconsulting.it is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and applicable national law.

2. Types of data processed
- Browsing data. The IT systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (for example IP addresses, browser and device type, request times). Such data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to monitor its correct operation and security.
- Data voluntarily provided by the user. The optional sending of messages to the contact addresses provided entails the acquisition of the sender’s data (for example name and email address), necessary to respond to requests.
3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
- Responding to requests for contact, information or consultancy — legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject and/or legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Ensuring the security and correct operation of the website — legal basis: legitimate interest of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Third-party services
The website is built with resources hosted directly on its own domain, including the typefaces (self-hosted fonts). There are no third-party services that involve the transmission of the user’s data to external parties (for example advertising networks, social plugins or statistical analysis tools).
5. Processing methods and retention
Data is processed by electronic means, applying security measures appropriate to prevent its loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access. Contact data is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and to comply with any legal obligations; browsing data is retained for the technically necessary time.
6. Recipients of the data
Data is not disseminated. It may be processed, on behalf of the Controller, by technical service providers appointed as data processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. In particular, the website hosting service is provided by Netsons S.r.l., operating on servers located within the European Union.
7. Transfer of data to third countries
The website does not use third-party services that entail the transfer of personal data to non-EU countries. Should such services be introduced in the future, processing will take place in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
8. Rights of the data subject
Within the limits set out in Articles 15-22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to obtain access to their data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing and to request data portability. 9. Complaint to the Supervisory Authority
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) if they believe that the processing of their data infringes applicable law.
10. Changes to this notice
The Controller reserves the right to update this notice to reflect regulatory or organisational changes. The updated version is always published on this page, indicating the date of the last update.
